1. General Return Conditions
Our goal is to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return following the terms and procedures outlined below.
2. Return Period
You have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any return requests.
3. Product Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, namely:
- It must not have been used, washed, or damaged;
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and instruction manuals, if applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these conditions.
4. Return Procedure

Once your request is received, we will provide detailed instructions to complete the return.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in the case of:
- Defective or damaged products upon arrival;
- Incorrect shipment compared to the order.
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, if any, will not be refunded.
6. Refund
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via amministrazione@italianrp.it, regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days, and the amount will be automatically credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Customized or personalized products;
