Return Policy & shipment

1. General Return Conditions

Our goal is to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return following the terms and procedures outlined below.

2. Return Period

You have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any return requests.

3. Product Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, namely:

• It must not have been used, washed, or damaged;
• It must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and instruction manuals, if applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return request, you must contact our Customer Service within 14 days of purchase via amministrazione@italianrp.it or at our phone number +39 0961541120, specifying the order number and reason for the return. Once your request is received, we will provide detailed instructions to complete the return.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in the case of:

• Defective or damaged products upon arrival;
• Incorrect shipment compared to the order.

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, if any, will not be refunded.

6. Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via amministrazione@italianrp.it, regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days, and the amount will be automatically credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7. Return Exceptions

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

• Customized or personalized products;

9. Shipment

Shipments times are arranged from the receipt of the order. If a product is not immediately available in stock, you will be contacted by our sales department to update you on the shipping terms. If you wish to cancel the order at this stage, the entire amount will be refunded to you at no additional cost.

10.Shipment costs

Shipping costs will be added directly at checkout. These costs are flat fees calculated based on the shipping address. We reserve the right to add additional shipping costs or deny a shipment in the case of remote areas. If desired, you may arrange to pick up the order with your own means. Please contact us at amministrazione@italianrp.it to arrange the pickup (at the customer’s expense).
